Method of Entry
To enter the promotion, participants must:

1) Purchase a Stilla Cedar Shed or Stilla Cedar Studio during the promotional period.

2) Automatic Entry: Each purchase qualifies for automatic entry into the prize draw. No additional action is required.

Maximum Entries
Unlimited. There is no limit to the number of entries. Each purchase equals one entry.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Overview:

Information on how to participate and details about prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms must be read together with the associated Schedule, which defines key terminology and specifics of the promotion. In case of a conflict, the details in the Schedule will prevail. Participation in this promotion signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

Participation is open only to legal residents of the eligible states and territories who meet the criteria outlined in the “Method of Entry.” Employees, directors, officers, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate families associated with the Promoter or agencies linked to this promotion are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, children, parents, and siblings (biological, step, or adopted).

Promotion Period:

The competition will run for the duration specified in the Schedule. Late or incomplete entries received after the end of the promotional period will not be considered.

Applicable Time Zones:

Unless otherwise stated, all times mentioned refer to the local time zone of the Promoter’s state or territory.

Prizes:

Prizes are listed in the “Details of Prizes” section of the Schedule. Specific details, including quantity and value, are outlined there.

Prize Value and Currency:

All prize values are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. Prize values are accurate at the time of publishing but may vary. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.

Voucher Expiry:

All vouchers are subject to expiration, as indicated on the voucher or provided by the issuer.

Voucher Conditions:

Entrants agree to abide by all terms and conditions accompanying the vouchers.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Vouchers:

The Promoter and voucher providers are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered vouchers.

Entry Requirements:

Winner Notification:

Winners will be contacted via the method specified in the Schedule. Notifications are deemed to have occurred two business days after they are issued by the Promoter.

Responsibility for Contact Details:

Entrants must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details. Any changes during the promotion period must be promptly communicated to the Promoter.

Prize Acceptance Requirements:

Winners must comply with all terms associated with the use of prizes. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Publication of Winner Details:

The names and postcodes of winners may be published in accordance with the Schedule or regulatory requirements.

Handling of Unclaimed Prizes:

Indemnity:
